My name is Rachel Dismuke, I’m from Oklahoma City and I went to Moore highschool. I am a dual sport athlete here at Carl Albert, I couldn’t thank my parents enough for how much they have pushed me find my passion in my athletic career! Fun fact about me is I started playing baseball on an all boys team before I ever became a softball player and was voted mvp/ all star two years in a row. A favorite quote I could recall would be “Get better 1% everyday.” I’m not sure who created it but my dad has definitely drilled it into my head and I’ve stuck with it. One of my favorite things to do is make my friends laugh.
